Bogons and special-purpose addresses
The IPv4 and IPv6 ranges reserved for special purposes, which no public host uses.
Address ranges that are never hosts on the public internet: private networks, loopback, link-local, documentation, multicast and reserved space. Traffic from them on the internet is spoofed or misconfigured. This site never calls them blocklisted, and space no registry has allocated is treated the same way.
